Centro Mediterranean Grill opened in February 2002 and immediately brought a long-awaited affordable sophistication to Vancouver's world famous Granville Street. Our friendly, professional servers and the perfectionists in our open kitchen want you to enjoy your time with us at Centro. Our ambience is one of exposed structural brick, rich timber beams and high ceilings. This ambience, combined with a diverse yet straightforward menu, brings a new culinary experience to Granville Street.

Lunch at Centro is quite casual. We will have you seated and served with fresh food quickly and painlessly. We are a favorite with the judges and lawyers from the courthouse and other downtown workers are starting to discover our charms, too. Choose from items such as famous Crab Cakes or our appetizing Ahi tuna. If pasta is more your thing, we have a hand full of time-tested combinations to choose from. And, of course, we have an espresso machine to make sure you don't go back to the office with a full stomach only to fall asleep on your paper work.
